Nous avons été accueillis par un agent dont l’attitude manquait de cordialité, et l’agent de l’accueil s’est montré encore moins aimable. Les serviettes présentaient toutes des taches, et la présence excessive de chats dans le restaurant était dérangeante, ….

Onika at the front desk is my new bestie!! Professional, empathetic and customer service savvy. Give this young lady a raise!! Ive stayed here about 3/4 times. It's the same. Dated and average but clean and convenient. The main thing about this place is the breakfast/food is always excellent and the chef is very accommodating .

the buffet breakfast was great the shuttle service between this hotel and the other 2 Bay Gardens was very convenient
