The tub wasn’t draining well. Standing in ankle deep water when showering. Bed was somewhat uncomfortable.

The amount of space in the room and amenities like a large refrigerator, kitchenette, bedroom fan, USB/110v on the vanity lights, and dual coffee maker.

Shower temperature was tepid; there was no conditioner; you could hear every door slam by the staff/guests and everything happening in the gym...and it startled us every time - especially very early in the morning. Space in the room was great, but layout was awkward (tv had to be pulled out to actually view from bed; bathroom sink was next to bed with no door, so turning on the light illuminated the bedroom, and you could hear everything happening, since there was no door; no fan in bathroom). Also, throttling back basic internet bandwidth and charging for decent speed internet - poor form.

Location . Staff was great.

Pool was small and dirty. No exust air vent in bathroom. sofa bed very uncomfortable. Bathroom tub was old .
