Homewood Suites by Hilton Orland Park

The room is more like a suite with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything clean and neat. The breakfast is good and you can choose between one-way utensils or reusable dishware which is something we highly appreciated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A particular thank you goes to Andrew at the front desk who has a great sense of humor and also helped us to get bathroom towels and amenities late in the evening. We definitively come back if were in the area again.

Great place I will definitely stay there again. Some of the nicest staff I have ever experienced highly recommend.

Kitchen

I was not too please in the beginning but the front desk receptionist Mr. Warren was awesome he made my experience confrontable and address my concerns with diligence Mr. Warren is one of the reason ill continue with Homewood suites. thank you Mr. Warren.

From start to finish, this place was lousy. As Hilton Lifetime Diamond, I expect more. Arrival problem-no one at front desk for 15 minutes; so we went to room and expected my phone key to work as I had checked in remotely. It didn’t. At 6 am each of three days, we were awakened by sunlight leaking out at each end of drapes- impossible to stop it, and no attempt by them to fix it. Elevator hassle- cleaning crews use only elevator as customers are waiting. No cleaning service on Saturday, despite booking it with front desk. Finally, no recognition of my Hilton status- no upgrade, despite fact that this was our second stay here. Never again!
