Excellent facility. Excellent Service, however the front desk lady whom check us in was not very attentive. She offered us to upgrade to a suite but we didn’t need a suite, as we would not be able to spend much time in the room, but we asked for a higher floor room but instead she put us in room 308 with an ugly view. It’s always nice when you have an attentive and nice person helping you when arriving from a long trip.

Nice property. We attended the bar on Thursday night as we were told earlier you have a fun entertainment. We arrived there around 8:40 pm. Asked for a couple of drinks and we asked the attentive server for the entertainment, then he pointed to a guy sitting at a table by the stage, the server mentioned he needed to eat first and he was waiting for his dinner to be able to sing. We waited for a while finished our drinks and waited and after a long time the singer got his meal , ate and finally he was able to get on stage. By then we were ready to go back to our room. It will be nice to have a more fun and vivid entertainment.

Beautiful stay in Guadalajara. Good value for what you pay for when it comes to a stay, very friendly and attentive staff.

Excellent services and hospitalities 4 Estación restaurant was super Nice Spa facility

I didn't like the service in the Barguero restaurant, needs to be better in future, even they can learn from the other restaurant 4 Estación which was wonderful

Excellent, upscale hotel. In-hotel restaurant features a buffet breakfast, but we ordered off the menu. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. OXXO market nearby, as was a wine/liquor store. Guadalajara traffic is congested, so an Uber to Centro or Tlaquepaque was 30-40 minutes.

El hotel es excelente, facilidades, trato , localización es walking distance de restaurantes . La comodidad de la habitación es inigualables el desayuno es excelente , la próxima vez que regrese a Guadalajara me quedaré en el mismo hotel!

There’s a lot of restaurants around the hotel and the staff is great 😊
