"A beautiful and friendly experience"

I have stayed at the Round Barn several times now and each time I have been greeted as though I am family. Both Ashley ( the chef and innkeeper) and Kim ( the owner) are always gracious and warm. Ashley’s breakfasts are truly phenomenal, especially her delicate omelettes and her feather light pancakes. The rooms in the inn are beautiful and well appointed and the grounds are exquisite. All in all, a first class experience.

Everything about the place was beyond my expectations The staff is wonderful The beds and pillows are fabulous The end is really charming and the location made it all the nicer I will go back again soon And hope we have some business workshops there as well

"Great getaway"

Charming bed and breakfast just a few minutes from downtown Waitsfield. Friendly staff, my wife enjoyed talking with them each day. Don’t skip their excellent breakfasts! Some of the best I can remember. Comfortable room. Ours had a nice fireplace too. Short drive to sugarbush and good local restaurants. Would definitely come back.

"Winter stay at the inn"

Great stay! Felt like home. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious, and they even had a to-go option for those who want to get to the mountain early. We will be back!

"Charming Vermont inn "

Charming country inn with amazing breakfast and gracious and friendly staff. Close by ski areas and outdoor activities . No TV in room was a welcome change - there is one in the lovely common space along with games to play . Definitely would stay again

Did not care for orange flavoured crepes/pancakes, rest was good. I was surprised that a terrace room is actually a basement room, not our expectation.

Amazing staff and service. Stayed with my girlfriend for the weekend and had an amazing time. Great food and the jacuzzi was an awesome perk!
