The Inn on Round Barn Farm is on 45 acres of pristine Vermont beauty. The gardens were at the height of their June splendor and I was fortunate to have had perfect weather while staying there. I was able to have breakfast outdoors overlooking the beautiful gardens. Ashley, the lovely innkeeper, made absolutely wonderful breakfasts as well as being gracious and personable. My room was comfortable and beautiful and had windows that overlooked the fields and gardens. There were great amenities including a full size fridge for guest use, a game room, a comfortable living room and a library. All in all it was the perfect inn experience.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. Jim the owner, upon hearing this along with it being our third visit, gifted us a bottle of champagne- so sweet of him. We really enjoy the beauty of the property, and the peace and relaxing atmosphere. We really needed it! Lovely place, wonderful people, great breakfast. Highly recommend it!

We had a great experience at this bed and breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and fresh.

My husband and I stayed at the Inn at the Round Barn in Waitsfield, VT 4/25-4/28/24. It exceeded my expectations in every way! Gorgeous and cozy don’t begin to describe the place. We reserved the Abbott room and it is fit for a royal country stay. The oak 4-poster king bed, the wooden beams on the ceilings, the gorgeous furnishings were all amazing! It was a suite with a separate spacious sitting area, a huge soaking spa tub across the room, and a nearby fireplace. There was a separate shower/double vanity area in the bathroom and a toilet room with a sliding pocket door. I felt like a queen staying there! The Abbott is one of two honeymoon suites. The breakfast, cooked by Ashley, differs by the day and is always so worth partaking in! Whether by room service or in the cozy dining room with full view of the charming kitchen, it is delicious! Ashley and Andy could not be sweeter! They made my Norwich University graduation weekend even more heartwarming and memorable. I cannot wait to return! For an experience that casts sunshine on your heart and is a tonic for the soul, stay with Ashley and Andy at the Inn at the Round Barn. You will fall in love with it just like I did.

The breakfast is SO delicious, home cooked each day!! What a treat to have real poached eggs! And such good pancakes!! The coffee is delicious!! I really commend them on catering to everyone’s food restrictions. I eat everything but am happy to eat whatever is cooked for others’ needs and when I say the GF/ vegan pancakes will make anyone happy, I have never said truer words and the was the consensus of my entire party. Everyone wanted the recipe. I am particular about my mattress and the mattress in my room was so comfy, with lots of pillows!

What a sweet place this is! Not only do they have amazing food, but they're great about accommodating food sensitivities. Every meal was creatively curated and fresh. The staff is super attentive and helpful. I stayed in the Sherman room and thoroughly enjoyed the view out the back of the inn every morning, the gas fireplace and comfortable king bed. It was also great perusing through the Inn's recipe book from 1999 on the mantel. The Inn thinks of everything you need to make the experience top notch!

The Inn is warm and welcoming. We arrived after midnight and had no trouble finding our room thanks to great communication and clear instructions on check in process. The space is beautiful and the thoughtfully prepared breakfast and readily available snacks made us feel pampered and our stay relaxing. Can’t wait to come back.

Stayed the night of the eclipse and the next. Area was beautiful, accommodations were very nice. Liked the steam shower. The food in the morning was tasty and healthy. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed walking the grounds and Common Road above the valley.

Clean, nice place. Very cozy, staff is super friendly, breakfast is delicious. Will recommend to my friends. Going to come back with my family.
