Springfield Hotel and Restaurant

3rd time visit, lovely friendly staff, great place to relax with an epic outdoor spa ♨ treatment massage very relaxing, food very nice too!

I found the Springfield to be a standard travelling business hotel - sparkling clean bathroom but run of the mill furniture with no minibar or tea available; only coffee. However, the hotel has an excellent restaurant and spa, with great service and helpfulness by the staff - in particular the hotel manager and the housekeeping staff. They looked after me superbly well, and I appreciated the way they bent the rules to accomodate an injury I incurred.

Very comfortable room, the only downside was there was no heating in the bathroom

Absolutely loved the experience from start to finish, the facilities, food, room, staff were exceptional. Me and my wife came for her birthday night away and we were not disappointed and will be returning again in the future. thank you

Great stay and lovely food

A nice hotel and the staff were really friendly.

Lovely spa, restaurant and public areas which had been recently renovated. Rooms basic but functional. Staff excellent and very helpful.

I only stayed on night. The bar and food were very good. I never used the gym but hear it is very good. The rooms were adequate. There was a problem with the toilet in my room, but was moved to another really quickly. Very friendly staff.
