It was lovely the room was so nice and incredibly clean the staff was very friendly great place would definitely go again 👌

Very clean hotel, twin room number 27...... daughters single bed was firm, my double wasnt as firm unfortunately but still slept well. Only unsatisfactory things were...we could hear people in the bar, when nxt door went to bed it sounded like they were in our room we could hear every footstep....paper thin walls. When i had a shower it was rather under powered and at one point someone must have turned their cold tap on or flushed their loo cos the shower went from ideal temperature to absolutely scolding hot instantly!!

Excellent hotel

From checking in to checking out, everything was perfect. The group I was with asked if they could accommodate us for dinner on the 2 nights we stayed, as we weren’t sure we’d be back before the restaurant closed, but they did it for us,although to be fair, we weren’t overly late, but the point is, they made the effort.Hot tub,Sauna and Gym are all new to the hotel and the staff there were helpful too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely hotel .clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a delicious evening meal in the restaurant.

Lovely hotel, I’ve stayed before and the improvements they have made over the last couple of years are great. The staff are excellent!

A last minute booking, pleased with the choice welcoming staff, clean and tidy and good value. Food was very nice. The road outside was quite busy with lorries, but did not notice the noise from my room.

Check-in was easy, and staff polite and helpful. Room was clean, although slightly noisy with road noise however nothing too drastic. Bed comfy, room clean. Breakfast was lovely, and made to order. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Great location for base in N. Wales for coastal path walks.

This was our second visit and again it did not disappoint. The room was spotless, plenty of plugs for devices and comfortable bed. Although staff couldn't enter room, due to covid, it was no trouble getting any replacement drinks, towels etc. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and the atmosphere was warm & welcoming. We ate in the hotel restuarant & received an excellent meal & service. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and always make us feel welcome. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. We will be visiting North Wales again and will definitely stay here. We highly recomend this hotel to anyone.
