Loved the location, the service and the amenities like the bottled water and coffee.

Based on the 8.6 review I thought it would be nicer. The room we had was remodeled but felt dirty and worn.

Staff was courteous…

Room size was small .. no lift..

Excellent customer service, it was in a quiet neighborhood, and an onsite restaurant and bar that were very nice, and the shower with its three different heads was wonderful.

Rooms were smaller than we expected. Overall, an excellent visit.

Inget man kan ändra på men man bör ha ork att gå upp för trappor om man vill bo högt då det inte finns hiss

事前にベットを2つ用意してもらい、よかったです。エジンバラは、ホテル料金が高いので、1泊7万は普通なのかもしれませんが。 朝食込みのプランは、準備されたもの以外にメニューにある数種類も注文できました。たっぷりで豪華な食事です。 夕食は、ホテルがすすめてくれたお店The Scran and Scallieは手頃な価格で、地元の家族連れが多く、美味しかったです。

最近は、歯ブラシはホテルに常備されていませんね。 フェイスタオルがなかった？あったのかもしれませんが、わからなかった。 盗難防止の枠がかかったシャンプーなど、壁にぴったりついて、つかいづらかった。持ってかえる客がいるんでしょうか。そう思われて宿泊するのは、良い気分ではない。 一流の宿泊者がいるところは一流のホテルをつくります。また、反対もあります。

Poorly cleaned rooms, scratched walls and furniture, and a view from the window of a dirty wall and pavement.

Room was lovely and one of front of house was helpful

Other staff showed no empathy to an injury caused by shower handle not tightened and hitting and causing bruise to my partners foot. (The day before Edinburgh marathon as well) also it was a heatwave and no forward thinking to having a fan in the room until I asked for one and some ice for the foot. Also room was okay in cleanliness but could have been better

Obiekt wymaga renowacji, za taką cenę nie spodziewałam się pękniętych kafelek na podłodze oraz odprysków na wannie , bardzo zakurzone żaluzje , trudności w otwarciu okna które wynikało z tego że okna są bardzo stare i nie odmalowane, farba na oknach zdarta co utrudnia podnoszenie okien i wymaga siły 2 osób
