Quality accommodation. Helpful staff. Needed to change room as too many stairs. All sorted. Cracker breakfast. Dinner not available on our arrival . Bit of a walk from station.

The location right in the middle of Stockbridge! View from my room on the 3rd floor. Very good breakfast. Staff very accomodating.

Room.a bit small, but still ok. Bathroom door not closing.

Great location nice walk into town.

I found some of the staff very dismissive and others complete opposite lovely. Room was lovely. Bed not very comfortable and the pillows like slabs very thin and not comfortable. I informed them of the air conditioning noise in early hours of morning they didn't even acknowledge kept us awake.

We were allowed in to our room early. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location.

The lamps on either side of the bed were a bit too dim for reading in bed.

Excellent service from making the reservation to checkout. Every request was catered for as for as the room, arrival, checking, table in the restaurant, menu choices and concierge help were concerned.
