I liked the big room, large shower

Air con was from a radiator that didn’t pump out strong enough cool air and it was hot.

The menu was not to my taste so ate elsewhere. Good pubs and restaurants only 2 minute drive away My booking in procedure was excellent and my room extremely comfortable and great facilities. In fact that is one of the best showers I have experienced anywhere. Good parking and door security.

It was clean and vibrant , modern and good value for money , the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was lovley, it was nice to sit with the view of the lake and relax , the room was clean and modern and very comfortable.

Our room was the furthest away and quite a walk and over looked the car park , it would have been nice for a different view

Decent modern rooms, a bit small, but all there. Good parking.

Noisy at times, drunks in the evening, doors banging in the morning.

Staff extremely polite and helpful, the accommodation was extremely clean , A few more blue badge parking spaces would be helpful especially for wheelchair users. Overall the stay was excellent

To start with the only way to book an accessible room is on the phone at a considerably higher price than through booking.com, Despite confirmation over the phone that an accessible room with a walk in shower close to reception was available my grandfather was placed into an "accessible" room with a standard bath the only thing accessible about it was a slightly wider door to accommodate a wheelchair, the room was on the second floor. They staff did swap him into a more suitable room but the confusion and faff was easily avoidable had they actually listened and accommodated the requests made at the time of booking
