The hotel is incredibly clean! We booked two rooms and they gave us side-by-side rooms with a connecting door, which was perfect for our family. Both rooms were spotless and smelled fresh, and even the lobby was very clean. Everything about our stay was perfect—highly recommended!

The best in Carlsbad for excellent customer service and hospitality experience! Chris, the GM, and his entire crew are friendly, efficient, and helpful from arrival to departure. They have a great housekeeping and maintenance team who can handle a guest's special requests. I personally think they have the best Hampton breakfast with plenty of food and a lot of variety from 6-10 AM. I've been stopping by here for some years now, and they never disappoint! Definitely, a clean, quiet location if North San Diego County is your destination. Hilton would be proud and so would you!
