Hampton Inn Carlsbad North San Diego County

The hotel is clean. Service is great especially Chris. I always have a smile when I come in nice place. right off of the main street. It’s easy to find San Diego‘s beautiful.

I’ve stayed here several times and I stay here whenever I can if they’re not booked, this is absolutely one of the best hotels in the area… not just the accommodations .. but the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.. Everything is updated… cleanliness is excellent.. breakfast is awesome.. the location can’t be beat….. I actually do extended stays when possible.. I travel quite often… at least six times a year… I would absolutely recommend this hotel.. although I’m hesitant to do so because I always want to be able to book here 😉

The receptionist was very nice, and she fulfilled our request for a room on the top floor.

The rooms were very nice, the employees were even nicer! Asked if there was anything we needed, gave excellent restaurant recommendations, and the requests we made were done efficiently!

The staff is friendly.

When I pass by the TV area, I can feel the floor is shaking, that makes the TV shaking and cause some noise.

Had another really wonderful stay. The hotel is so conveniently located. I enjoy how quiet and peaceful sleep is, how comfortable the beds are including the fluffy pillows, and breakfast to get the day started is wonderful. It was delightful to see packaged gluten-free bagels! The rooms are very clean and nice. I really love the staff, every person at the front desk was so kind and attentive. Every time I work in North County, this is the hotel I book. I highly recommend a stay here for Legoland, other family attractions, and people needing a place to stay while they work. The Wi-Fi was great and uploaded my work files quickly too.

We stayed here for one night in October 2025, after spending a long day doing wine tasting in Temecula. All of the hotels in and around Temecula were sold out; therefore, we ended up down here in Oceanside. This hotel was in a great location. Parking was plentiful and the hotel was very nice. Very clean in and around the common areas. We had a room on the third floor with two queen beds, and loved it. The room was very clean, very well kept, and this was an A+ Hampton Inn. The air conditioning unit worked wonderfully! The beds were comfortable, and I would definitely return again in the future.
