Heated floor in bathroom. Setting is beautiful. Again much of the landscaping in need of a do over.

Unit and hotel in general were dated and in need of renovation. Old dusty light fixtures, paint chipped off baseboards, musty smelling carpet in unit…just felt dated and not clean. Paint peeling off exterior of spa buildings, clutter and items in disrepair, unneeded clutter on pool deck. Quite disappointed overall. Construction occurring right outside of unit. Not made aware during booking-not a deal breaker but being transparent to the customer would be appreciated.

Our room was very cold,and we weren't sure how to control the heat..

Loved the ambiance, the ability to use the spa both check in day (soft check in) and after check out to make value for money worth it.

Traveling with a senior, one bed was so high, that it was very very difficult for her to get into and out of the bed without support. This should be mentioned.

Needs updating. It’s dated.
