It was extremely difficult for him to bathe in a tub with no grab bar or other accessibility features. Additionally, the hotel does not offer rooms that can accommodate a family of four, so we were forced to book two rooms. Despite requesting adjacent rooms, we were placed on different floors, which made the stay especially challenging. I had to go up and down frequently to help manage everything. Getting two rooms made the stay very expensive with no value add. The condition of the rooms was also very disappointing. They were old and dirty — my bathroom had a stained shower curtain, the furniture was outdated, and both the room and hallways had a strong musty odor. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. This hotel has potential but needs a serious upgrade.
