Millcroft Inn & Spa

When we were given a cold room with heater problems they upgraded us to their best room with a hot tub and fire and were very apologetic. The staff were friendly and helpful in all areas - spa, restaurant, reception

Lovely location! Too bad it was raining and we couldn't walk around. The hot springs were amazing, and when it got too cold, we went to the indoor pool.only thing, our room heat was off, but we turned it on. Loved the fireplace in the room, it was such a special touch! I definitely want to go back!

the facilities that were provided to guests with stay were nice. the workers were extremely nice and the spa's were great.

I made a reservation for a dinner in mid january and when I called a week before my stay it wasn't available, making me have to get a dinner reso in vaughn which didn't allow me and my partner to use the facilities at all. also 1000 for a night is overpriced for the room.

The historic building is beautiful and the surrounding area is quiet and lovely.

I was disappointed with the bathroom facilities. I understand the building is historic, but the bathroom should be updated for the price of the nightly rate.

Two lamps not working which would have been nice to use. One bedside,one tall living room. Bathroom infloor heating was scorching. No coffee table provided in a "deluxe" room to have a game of cards on! A bunch of dead houseflies floated in the cold spa.
