"Our stay over Christmas "

Lovely stay, stayed for 4nights the staff where lovely polite, room was clean the bed was very big, we could have done with an extra chair as there was only one other wise it was perfect, breakfast was lovely

The property is good, clean,modern, light. The receptionist was not there on arrival, had to wait then he didnt really smile or say when breakfast was or where it was served. There was also no-one on reception when I left. There was no iron in the room.

Check-in was probably the most enjoyable part of my overnight stay at this hotel. The lady was friendly and efficient and advised of everything I needed to know about my stay. That’s where it stopped! I didn’t have a table reservation, however, there were plenty of availability so this wasn’t a problem, the problems started once seated, the lady who took me to my seat was pleasant enough, however, she never came back to take my order. I waited for 25mins and decided I would ask someone to take my order, unfortunately there was no-one around to do so. Safe to say I ate somewhere else.

Friendly checkin staff. Friendly breakfast staff who explained where to find each item. Room was clean and functional. Liked the kettle with tea/coffee/hot choc facility in room. Toilet room with shower was clean with nice towels. Enjoyed my stay here.
