Park Inn by Radisson Birmingham Walsall M6 J9

Room was clean and tidy...However, the noise from the air condition unit in the room was terrible. I have stayed here before and it has not been too bad, on this occasion, it was ridiculous. The worst night sleep I have ever had, causing me to be awake from 0230am, and having enough by 5am, and leaving the hotel. no one on reception to complain to.

Staff friendly and helpful but hotel freezing cold room noisy with air con broke and bed very uncomfortable

A comfortable hotel, convenient location, free parking, friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable rooms with sofas. Excellent food served in the on site restaurant. Breakfast is good too.

Easy check in, all amenities in the room. Dinner was good value and generally good service as with breakfast. No WIFI in my room, which I mentioned to reception who were going to move me to another room but it never materialised.

Friendlies of staff across all the areas and breakfast was very good.

I wouldn’t say it was unique, I just did not feel I received my money’s worth.

Ithe air conditioning system was going crazy right through the hotel. Thete was no way of turning it off. I complained to reception and they said you can have another room. This made no difference as the whole hotel had a fault. I complained again then the reception said. We have had problems all week and there is nothing they could do. The room was freezing .they told me to rake up my complaint with Hotels .com.

The rooms were super clean, welcoming staff, comfy beds 100% refer to my friends and family this hotel!!!!!

Great location and close by to shops etc. Asked for late check but was only given 15 mins and I wanted slightly longer. Was put on the ground floor and was woken up by the banging doors which seemed like you had passerby’s on a London tube. Don’t sleep on the ground floor unless you want to be woken up at 6am! Besides that perfect.
