Overall our stay was great. I would have liked a direct view of the harbor. I loved how quiet our room was and we couldn't hear any outside noise (hallway, street etc). Prices for the meals were fine, typical tourists pricing. I definitely would come back to the beautiful Gaylord Resort. THANKS for making our 34th anniversary. special 💖.

Bath towels could be softer. They were clean but rough, not a big deal.

I attend an annual large music and game event held here and this was my first opportunity in 8 years to stay in the host location. Service was pretty consistent and positive. Chats through the app were pleasant and requests fulfilled in very reasonable time. Escalators broke down, but they were back up and running quickly. Elevators were always going despite huge crowds. Car drop off/pick up with luggage was extremely well coordinated. This hotel runs well! Our first room had an AC leak and it did take almost an hour to get looked at but immediately resolved with a new room which again they switched us to with no hassle. I think they gave us an overflow room as it hadn't been dusted in ages and had a few bits of hardware in the corner- but everything worked fine and it was generally clean. I don't think I'd ever come here for just a vacation- the convenience of the event is what makes the price worth it, not any amenities. The restaurants are solid and again well serviced, just typical high resort prices and low variety. I absolutely plan to return for the event again and hope to stay in Gaylord for all the convenience and comfort it has.
