Too much interstate noise. Air conditioner was noisy as well.

The room smells like a stale urinal cake. Stained walls, broken fixtures in the bathroom and on the walls, coupled with broken furniture and bare thin walls makes this a loud and miserable place to stay!! Coupled with the dirty bathtub, bare thin sheets and overwhelmingly loud noise from the interstate, it makes for a sleepless night.

The first time I stayed at this hotel I had problems with the free Airport Shuttle. I wasn’t told until I arrived that they would not be providing a shuttle to or from the airport. I had to use an Uber at my expense both ways. I got over it. The second, and last time I stayed at this hotel, I called two different times well in advance (2 & 3 weeks) to get reassurance that I would have a Shuttle available to take me to and from the airport. The pickings are slim in this area for Park. Sleep fly hotels due to the size of the airport and the area in general. I was told they would check with the manager and call me back. I never got that call. After a week I called again, and again I was told they would check with the manager and have the manager himself call me. That never happened. It came down to crunch time and I needed to book a hotel with a Park Sleep Fly package. So on my third call, the female assured me that I would have an airport shuttle available to and from the airport. So I booked the room, paying extra for the package. When I arrived at the hotel and checked in, I made sure that I was on the shuttle list. Not surprisingly I was told there would be no shuttle available! Of course I was upset that I had to book an Uber once again. The person working the desk assured I was on the 11:30 PM pick up list for my return date. As far as the room itself the room heater was so noisy It was impossible to sleep. It was too cold to just turn it off. The refrigerator rattled all night as well. As if that wasn’t enough, I was one door from the end of the hall, where they had a major construction project going on. There was simply a piece of plastic with a zipper door in it that went across the entire end of the hallway with construction going on at 9 PM. I had an early flight and intended on being asleep by 9 PM. Also, the room backed up to a trucking company next door that had semi tractor trailers coming and going, hooking up trailers, unhooking trailers all night long. Upon my return, i arrived at 11 PM. I called the hotel and told them I was ready for my shuttle pick up. No surprise when they told me there would be no airport pick up. Yes, I was on the list to be picked up, but there was nobody available to pick me up. So again, I was left stranded at the airport having to depend on an Uber at my own expense. The female working the desk and telephones spoke minimal English. She could not grasp any conversation I was trying to have with her. After about 30 minutes, she was able to write down the prices of both Ubers and left a note that I wanted reimbursed for these. While I was at it, I requested a total refund for my nights stay, not only for the inconvenience of the Ubers, but for the lack of sleep. Of course, I’ve yet to receive a call back. Do not believe anything you see on their website as far as 24 hour free shuttles, free parking or even what they tell you over the telephone.
