Friendly staff

Property has electric car charging station but is only compatible with Tesla vehicles even if you have a NACS adapter that normally allows you to charge at Tesla stations. Staff needs to let guests know before they book

"Horrible Customer service"

Had a reservation for 11/1/25 After hours of driving was told they wouldn’t honor our reservation! The front desk person was very rude to my husband, he literally had to call Choice rewards on that hotel! I advise you to take this place off your list of stops! We are part of a travel group and will be advising them to do the same! In this economy be careful where you spend your money! This place is a NO, hopefully they get some customer service classes for the old guy at the desk!

Clean, comfortable, staff was friendly

Several little things that I thought should have been better given the price of the room. Breakfast was an additional charge but looked like hotel breakfasts I've had for free. Restaurant menu had several things listed that were no longer carried. TP was terrible, show temperature was backwards of how it was labeled, etc. again nothing terrible, just less then expected.

The staff was very friendly

1.clean the cigarette butts and trash out of your fire pit and from around your front entrance it looks absolutely disgusting. #2 The pool water was absolutely freezing and the hot tub wasn't hot it felt like a luke warm bath. #3 Don't store your future upgrade material in a public guest space like in the pool area and again there was wet towels and trash laying around. #4 You should probably try to do something about the vulgar language that some guest apparently scratched into the inside of one of your elevator doors. #5.The $9.99 breakfast buffet with the watered down juice bar and disgusting food items cant believe we paid actual $$$ to eat that crap charging $9.99 for a breakfast buffet that has the exact same items that any other hotel offers for free seems a bit much Other then these issues the room was nice loved the big shower in the bathroom.The bar and eating area are very nice and spacious as well as the outside seating area. there are othere hotels in the area with the same price maybe a bit more that are alot nicer so with that being said. We definitely will not stay or recommend a Cambria hotel to anyone
