I liked the location

The staff especially the manager on duty was very arrogant and rude. The were amendments to our booking which we had email confirmation of but once we arrived we were told the amendments were not on the system. He was very rude in the way he addressed us even though the fault was in their side. Furthermore our room was not ready when we arrived, we only got our room keys an hour after the check in time with no apology or grace to let us have a later check out. The toilet in room also was not working properly and even after maintenance came to sort the issue, it was still doing the same thing. Our penthouse also had a strong cigarette smell throughout.

"Fantastic weekend getaway"

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Room service needs more work. Staff needs to listen and bring correct meals and they need to notify guests correctly when we order or enquire.

The location is perfect. The size of the place is fantastic. Balcony was great. Iron and ironing board was nice.

Water pressure was low in the shower. Tv was small. Plug points were not well located.
