We love everything about Dancing Bear. It is beautiful property that is quiet and relaxing. This is at least our 5th time staying here and we can't wait until our next stay. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a cabin with a small kitchen and seating area separate from the main bedroom. We had plenty of room to relax. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the afternoon and sitting by the fire place in our room after dinner. The Appalachian Bistro, which is the restaurant on the property, is one of our favorite restaurants. It was a short walk from our cabin and the food is always delicious. We highly recommend it.

It would be absolutely perfect if you could order food and drinks to be delivered to your room. Not a huge deal that they don't. The coffee shop and breakfast spot are a short walk or drive. It would just be lovely if you had the option to have food/drinks delivered.

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, fire pit, private off the main strip location, and lighting bugs.

Comcast lost service for 13 hours while we were there. As a result the TV and internet did not work.

Beautiful rustic cabin, wood burning fireplace, comfy bed. Convenient with 3 restaurants on or adjacent to the property, with free breakfast at 2 of them. When housekeeping issues were needed , a card was clipped to the door and fresh towels or whatever needed were provided quickly.

Only issue was chemicals in the hot tub were so strong we couldn’t use it.

Everything was great!

Wi-fi password didn’t work, wish it was checked before being given to guests. But it wasn’t a big deal. Just wanted to note this. Overall I enjoyed it and would definitely stay again. The stuff was great! Complimentary breakfast was great too. The coffee at Dancing Bean was amazing! They also had an EV charger (for tesla) which was a time saver! Much appreciated!

The location was beautiful. The cabin was was first class, and the entire experience was perfect.

The restaurant was lovely, but I would have preferred more entrees.
