High quality cabin, exceptionally clean. Nice kitchen. Coffee maker, hot tub. They provide a welcome basket of goodies. Saw a bear walking down the path outside.

Chose a cabin to be isolated and quiet- but they hosted a big wedding party on the property with live music (outdoors) and lots of people celebrating until 10 or 11 pm— then they continued in the cabin next door past midnight. I’m happy for them, but this seems the antithesis of how the property is marketed.

Great location for us - quiet and relaxed. Cabins were comfortable and loved sitting out on the balcony with nothing but trees surrounding us. Restaurant was superb - we ate there a couple of times and by far the best option in the area.

Breakfast was very average - no healthy eating choices, which would have been a bonus.

The views and location are beautiful. The cabin was cozy and inviting. The staff was very accommodating and helped us celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary! The food at the onsite Bistro is literally award winning!

The lighting within the cabin could use some adjusting considering the sleeping and living area are all in one room. Also the porch needed a bit of attention by cleaning staff.. there was a cigarette butt still sitting on the porch railing and spider webs needed to be swept.

This was our 5th time at DBL. we love it so much. The only negative is the mattress is losing its firmness. It has a hammock shape when you lay down.
