Lovely hotel in such a great location, walkable to everything. Delicious breakfast and a fun afternoon reception in their beautiful solarium every day. The staff was amazing, especially Henriette in the solarium. Super comfortable beds and very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a pleasant stay at Andrew Pinckney, comfortable rooms and they were able to let me check in early. Good proximity to the French Quarter, city market, shopping and food. The breakfast had some good variety, a very nice lady managing the spread. The ‘complimentary bottle of wine’ was pretty small, about 1.5 glasses worth. Valet parking was smooth, they had my car ready with 5 minutes notice. Would stay here again.

The service was great. Everyone was very pleasent. Our room was wonderful. We were upgraded to the townhouse room and it was really really nice. I loved the tub to relax in. The beds are really comfortable. Breakfast was really nice and the server was so pleasant.

Our suite was comfortable and very big, with a decent sized bathroom. The bathrobes were a nice touch, and the room was quiet and clean. Valet parking was chaotic. We went to grab the car to head out and nobody answered the receptionists requests for assistance. She ended up just giving us our keys to pull the car out ourselves. When it came to checkout, there were several people waiting to get their car and the attendant seemed a bit overwhelmed. We asked if we could have the keys to put our cases in the car and he wouldn’t give us them so we had to wait. Eventually he opened OUR car for us but kept the keys until we were ready to leave. Really don’t understand why they feel the need to keep cars hostage. Breakfast was disappointing. Cynthia was fabulous but the food was lacking. We ended up going out for breakfast the rest of our stay. Great location to explore Charleston but valet parking and breakfast need looking at.

Excellent breakfast and cookies in the Reception. Staff were good too.

Location of room was under the rooftop breakfast area and was very noisy from 5am both days with prep. Fridge smelt bad and was very iced up. Really needed de-icing.
