"Beautiful hotel, perfect location."

Perfectly located, right opposite the market, ideal for exploring. Loved the Solarium, beautiful views and the wine and cheese evenings were an absolute delight. Valet parking also a very welcome benefit. Lovely building with bright, comfortable, clean and modern rooms. Decent breakfast at the start of each day too.

No complimentary bottled water provided in the room.

Very clean, nice room, super comfy bed and sheets. Breaking was delicious and the wine and charcuterie hour is so nice!!! Walkable to so many things, like the city market, shopping and tons of restaurants. Highly recommend

The room was 2 floors which I didn’t expect it to be so large so that was nice. No elevator but I was fine with that. Walkable to King street and all the shops and dining

"Andrew Pinckney Inn, the unfriendly and inconvenient stay."

checked in Sunday 9/21/2025 checked out Wednesday 9/24/2025. First impressions, staff unhappy, unfriendly, annoyed at having been disturbed at our arrival. Paying for your right to stay at their hotel also means you will pay for your on site parking space and you will have the inconvenience of having to ask permission for access to your vehicle. Room 114 is very noisy. Room 114 does not have a bathroom exhaust vent and will leave your room steamy after every shower and the staff could care less and are annoyed that you are annoyed. We will look for accommodations elsewhere for our next visit to Charleston and suggest you do the same.

When we first arrived to the property, we were too early to check in but they did allow us to valet the car. They sent us a text around 3:30 to let us know that the room was ready. I was assuming that we would be staying in the Andrew Pinkney hotel, but we were actually staying across the street in a separate Andrew Pickney hotel space. The room was very nice and we were offered wine and cheese nightly from 4-5:30. They also served FREE breakfast! It is very walkable to all the hot spots and in a safe area. Would definitely stay here again.
