Palliser Lodge — Bellstar Hotels & Resorts

The view was amazing and the room/condo was so clean and simply wonderful. Staff were very friendly and attended to any need we had. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice stay quiet place

This place is so quiet and beautiful, big balcony space to view the night sky! Check-in was a little difficult because you have to go to the other building but other than that, it was a wonderful stay

We booked a 2 bedroom suite with hot tub on the deck and a beautiful view. It was fabulous! Clean and the beds were super comfortable. Staff were great. We stayed the 1st night after driving the Icefields Pkwy from Jasper; 2nd night after visiting nearby Yoho National Park (fantastic), 3rd night after visiting Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake…then we were set to head west to Vancouver.

Suite was very well appointed and super clean. Bed was big and comfy. Loved sitting in the hot tub at night and staring at the blanket of stars.

The view of the mountains and nespresso were the best! The restaurant nearby (Jeffreys Room) was excellent. The staff was very nice and left us a little something for our anniversary which was appreciated.

The bed was really uncomfortable, you just sank and the room had a funny smell.

Great stay, great place, one staff member was rude and unwilling to help and not pleasant, issue with restaurant and staff member not willing to help, but other staff were great, great place, would recommend but was incredibly shocked and one staff members extremely poor treatment and restaurants closed when all advertising said they should be open.

View from the balcony was captivating and would be exceptional in winter. Bed was comfy and all the essentials were provided.

The general store wasn't open which meant a 30 minute return trip for supplies.

The size of the condo was good and the bed very comfy. We liked the walking distance to the Kicking Horse Resort Gondola.

Poor decor on the walls. None in the bedroom and the main living picture was behind the tv. Luke warm shower was not too pleasant as there were issues with the hot water system. The lock on the bedroom door to the balcony did not work, nor did the hair dryer, exhaust fan light and half the main bedroom ceiling light. The main saucepan was really dirty and gave it a good scrub as we had brought steele wool.
