Please note that we have two rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility (PRM) and feature a large walk-in shower. These rooms, belonging to our "Classic" and "Executive" room categories, can be assigned subject to availability, even without prior request. Please note that access to the relaxation area incurs a fee and is available upon prior reservation during weekends and busy periods. The property accepts payment in cash, Chèques Vacances holiday vouchers, credit card and American Express. Please note that guests aged 15 years old or younger cannot access the wellness area. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays all day. literie vue sur le lac propreté de l ensemble personnel au top

instabilité de l eau de la douche tantôt trop froide tout a coup bouillante ...il serait temps de mettre des robinets thermostatiques pour éviter ses désagréments.

Le personnel est juste incroyablement sympathique....de la réception en passant par les serveurs jusqu'à la femme de ménage.... À l'écoute avec le sourire .... La beauté du lac...il faut absolument faire le tour en marchant... Que du bonheur...

En plus de l’emplacement, tout a été parfait : personnel au petit soin, petit déjeuner extra (avec produits locaux !), chambre très propre et confortable, le spa et la piscine très apprécié après les longues marches. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Environnement calme

Chambres et salles de bains trop petites, ne correspondant pas au niveau de prestations attendu pour la tarification proposée. Restaurant dont on apprend qu'il est fermé 2 jours par semaine seulement après que la réservation a été confirmée. Malheureusement, l'hôtel Beau Rivage n'est pas à la hauteur de sa tarification.

La télévision dans la chambre 206 ne permettait pas de voir Roland Garros ! Nous avons changé de chambre. L’explication pour accéder au wifi n’était pas claire.
