"Property nice room, not satisfied"

The couch in our room had stains. Placed blanket on top that we bought to feel comfortable sitting on it. The comforter and the bedroom were not clean.

Location is great. Facility is good

My shower didn't work had to call maintenance and I had a leak under the sink. All of my belongings got wet

The hotel met our expectations: it was clean, in a convenient location, and offered an ocean view—and the service was excellent. No complaints about the front desk; the entire team, including the concierge, was perfect. I would certainly recommend it.
