The room was nice and clean

At check in Miyah was exceptional. I had a last minute check in and she handled me with grace and patience. Everybody was really great.

While the Anderson was dated inside, the view was wonderful and the lazy river was fun. They had so many pools available for younger children. The walk to the beach was super short and easy to get to. Right near a lifeguard for the beach. Some of the rooms are going to have a view of the new pier that’s growing up, which is not great but if you can get a room that tilts towards the beach view, that’s better. They provide towels at the pool, which is great. They also provide life best for the kids so you don’t have to pack that. The Wi-Fi was excellent in the room. The staff was really nice and friendly. The valets made sure to move cars quickly through. There is a shortage of luggage tracks and that was a little frustrating. Parking was included if you self parked across the street and they also had a great putt putt that they included that was right across the street
