Excelente servicio y atención al cliente, adicional cabe destacar que superó con creces todas mis expectativas de los servicios ofertados y proporcionados por el alojamiento. En lo personal recomendaría el hotel a todos los viajeros del país que necesiten alojarse en la ciudad de Cuenca y que realmente necesiten experimentar un servicio de primer nivel y de calidad.

Atención, comodidad y ubicación

En si, ek hotel todo excelente la atención , ubicación y comodidad. El unico detalle fue que jo había shampoo en la ducha de la habitación, de ahí todo 10/10.
