I could go and ask for more tea bags milk and sugar and they would give me them, there was a man there at breakfast that only charged me for 1 beans on toast and let me have 2

The 1st lady on reception when we arrived was very rude, apparently it wasn't on my booking that we were bringing our dog and how she went about it her attitude was terrible. The view of the minster was scattered with the local drunks arguing and just being loud and sleeping rough on the benches around the minster, wasn't really a room with a view at that point. The carpet in our room was filthy and freighed, the bath was stained so we didn't even shower. Also we wasn't even offered a bowl for our dog to have a drink or food, lucky we brought our own.

The property was in an amazing location, the hotel was clean although a few red marks on the floor.

I feel the hotel is a little out dated with the bedroom we stayed in and would benefit an upgrade,

The dining area was lovely and the bed was comfortable

I didnt like that the kettle was next to a plug that the plug didnt fit into and the fact the bedside had no sockets for phone chargers

The view of the church was lovely.

Not to charge a deposit then refuse to refund it.
