I think the staff may have an issue serving people of colour. For two days straight, our table wasn’t cleared, while everyone around us had theirs cleared so they could get fresh food if they wanted to continue eating. Even when I made eye contact, nothing changed—I eventually had to raise it with the supervisor.

We have spent a couple of nights here and I just wanted to say that we had an amazing time. I would like to say thank you specifically to Iyad (the man is a legend for going above and beyond for arranging our weekend and making everything so seamless) and to Ezio and Ilona (we were made to feel so at home), but also to the rest of the team, for making our time so special. We will be back, and also look forward to visiting the new London hotel in September. Anne and Jaynie

Such a lovely couple of days at the hotel made so much more special by the lovely Ezio in the bar and breakfast restaurant and the delightful Ilona in the main restaurant . Food was wonderful and the hotel refurb beautiful . We will be back

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, lovely decor. Room was great comfy bed, good shower. Grounds are lovely and steam room, sauna and pool are great. Breakfast was amazing too. Thank you

I had a really nice stay at Burnham Beeches Hotel. Most of the facilities are decent and do the job, nothing over the top but comfortable. What really made the experience stand out though was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but Ilona the waitress in particular was amazing. She was so warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely, which made a big difference to my stay. It’s that kind of service that you remember and come back for.
