Beautifully decorated immaculate inside & outside ie grounds & gardens & the spa is lovely for pampering & a treat …

Had a massage from Erika (I had major surgery on my neck a few years ago) and for the first time in ages i felt relaxed in my upper back. Incredibly friendly and wildly knowledgeable. Would recommend again in a heartbeat.

Das Zimmer, dass ich hatte war im “Alten” Teil des Hotels und ziemlich a gewohnt. Sehr kleines Bad ohne Lüftung, Schranktüren ließen sich nicht schließen, alles recht abgewohnt. Bett war aber sehr bequem.

We stayed a night whilst visiting The Fat Duck. Ali on check in was fantastic. Super friendly and incredibly helpful. We had champagne upon arrival and sat in the grounds drinking that before heading back to the suite to get ready to go out. The canopy suite was lovely, WiFi was a little weaker to say the least but I guess we were in the top corner so probably furthest away. Only other slight criticism would be the bathroom felt a little dated personally and just needed a bit of a better rinse of the shower to get rid of a few hairs but all in all, none of these are going to cause me problems or change my world. Overall the hotel was fantastic, staff friendly and breakfast was truly great the next day. We will certainly be returning.

My friend and I booked the spa day with massage and afternoon tea. The spa itself wasn't anything special, just a hotel pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The massage by Shehla was really wonderful, especially for my shoulders (shame it was only 30 mins!). The afternoon tea was delicious in the beautiful tea room.

Everything the spa needs environmental health in there as there is loose slabs everywhere the first bedroom stunk of drainage so had to be moved rooms the water they supplied was out of date

My boyfriend and I had a lovely weekend stay. On arrival we had a surprise that our room was upgraded. We were so grateful for Iyad, how was working at the reception that night. We stayed at Burnham Beeches before. Always had a great experience. On the day when we were leaving, Rijja was at the reception who also was very kind and helpful just like Iyad! We will come back again. Love the spa, jacuzzi and the pool 🤗💗 Nearly forgot! The breakfast is amazing!!!
