Price - and boat slips with electric and water. Ice available at the office. Quiet.

Parking was difficult. Several boat slips in disrepair and unusable. Bathroom needs a good cleaning.

Very good location. Room was super spacious. Beds were very comfortable to the point of not wanting to get up! We had a mini-kitchen, equipped with a full fridge, microwave and small gas stove. There were dishes and pots and pans in the cabinets. We wish we would have booked a longer stay!

Die Lage ist trotz des angrenzenden Flugplatzes verhältnismäßig ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist einfach ausgestattet, was zum Übernachten aber ausreicht. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, er war aber sauber und gemütlich. Toll ist, das man kostenlos Kajaks ausleihen kann.

Die Betten knarzen sehr laut bei jeder Bewegung, das den ein oder anderen beim schlafen stören kann. Der Esstisch und die Stühle sind etwas zu klein und unbequem, ist aber nicht dramatisch schlimm. Zum Teil Fragwürdige Nachbarn und Gerüche die im Appartment nebenan bis spät in die Nacht ein und ausgehen.
