Loved the screened in porch, coffee on the dockside, clean floors everyday, use of kayaks and good view of canal/water.

Location on Marathon was great. The room was comfortable. The Wooden Spoon across the street was a gem of a find for breakfast. The water in the back of the property was beautiful. Nice location, and wonderful staff.

The room had a broken bath sink plug that wouldn’t drain properly and the refrigerator made the most awful noise that woke me up every night

We really liked the vibe & the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and family friendly with sun and shade spots. The jetty was great to sit in the morning with a (free) coffee, or your own beer later in the day. The free kayaks were a real bonus. The rooms might be a bit tired, but they were clean and comfortable and this reflects the price point. I would definitely stay again.

WiFi was a little patchy, but there was always somewhere you could connect.

The service is great I had a good experience

The sofa bed was really dirty and had stains on the mattress please check on that , also I did saw mini cockroaches .

Pool and kayaking on the lagoon were both excellent and provided free of charge. The location on Marathon is not far from Sombrero beach - so we loved that too! The staff were very nice. And the location for a keys road trip was awesome!

The room floors were very dirty and needed cleaning, but the rest of the room was very clean, bedding and towels were fine, and we had a lot of space.
