Barceló Corralejo Bay - Adults Only

A very personal touch from a large hotel chain. Buffet was one of the best, with everything very fresh and the menu was kept to a sensible level of choice. Often hotels offer too much choice and quality suffers. Garden areas are thoughtfully laid out and well maintained. Pools are fab.

The rush to 'own' sunbeds in the morning is ridiculous- seeing residents on the steps just before 9am to grab their space is so embarrassing! Ownership of sunbeds was not monitored. Quite how this is done sensitively is a really tricky dilemma. The buffet dining room is very well laid out. However, the feet on the chair legs need attention. The scraping of the feet on the hard floor is really loud, resonating through the room. Soft pads are needed. How the staff manage a shift in that condition is a wonder.

Es dürften gewisse Einrichtungen saniert werden. Vor allem sanitäre Anlagen.

Die Lage war perfekt, Personal sehr nett.

Primero, el trato del personal es excelente, todos: recepcion, bares, restaurante, bar piscina. Todos amables y deseando ayudar. El desayuno es completisimo y no echas en falta absolutamente nada. Volveremos sin duda

Como nota anecdótica solo pediría que se controlase el tema de las hormigas en la cama. Pero nada que molestase excesivamente

Precioso, limpio… todo maravilloso sin duda seguiremos repitiendo. Personal encantador. Las habitaciones son preciosas y todo muy bien

Por decir algo, que en media pensión las bebidas de la cena no están incluidas. Pero vamos por decir algo.. por qué sin duda la calidad de la comida merece mucho la oena

Just returned from a fantastic 10 day break again to this lovely hotel, All the staff from reception,pool, room,service, restaurant and management were faultless. The small pool was heated and my wife loved it. The hotel is just a short stroll to the main strip in corralejo and is ideal for people with walking difficulties and close to the beach .It was nice to meet staff again from previous holidays and Leah the guest experience manager who helped with all our needs. We will be returning soon thanks all, your loyal guest Rita ,John Fairhurst.

This was our third visit to the Barcelo. What an improvement in all aspects. Friendliness of staff, quality of food, cleanliness. We shall be returning.
