Barceló Corralejo Bay - Adults Only

Loved every minute there as a couple, food, hotel, and the island tour were all amazing . Found a new place to go for holiday and def will be back

My recent stay in the Barcelo Corralejo Bay Hotel was absolutely first class! I was concerned about travelling alone and being alone in such a big hotel, but I needn't have worried. I felt completely at home even when eating alone. It wasn't nearly as difficult as my anxiety had anticipated. The friendliness of the staff is exceptional and those who knew me from before remembered me well. I felt very well cared for in every respect. And it makes a difference that the hotel is Adult Only. Many thanks to all the staff, from the chefs to the service staff throughout the hotel; the staff around the pool and especially the spa staff; and not forgetting the cleaning staff who keep the hotel absolutely spotless and shining at all times, as well as the Reception staff who are always there whenever needed and are a fount of information on all things. Final thanks to Leah Babilkova, the Guest Experience Manager, who remembers me each time I visit and makes a point of catching up with me during each stay. She has become a firm friend and for that I am most grateful.

As we always say as soon as we walked through door we just think it’s good to be back….!, we always get a good welcome with the reception staff (Gabriel!) all the staff are always welcoming, including the smiling maintenance man who reset the safe pass code which we made a mess off it !! we had a nice room overlooking the pool. As far as we’re are concerned the buffet service for all meals are excellent & plenty of choices, breakfasts are well prepared including the porridge, we mix & match depending on what we feel like eating, the same at dinner, my wife particularly likes the fish! We chat away to all the staff & just generally enjoy it all There was a lot, well to us, of new staff who just fit the “Barcelo” way including Robert on the bar with whom I learned some Swedish……..(tack sjalv) I always say that if you have a disability this a great place to go helpful staff, plenty lifts & ramps….. Leah & her team are always willing to help in anyway they can nothing is too much trouble, the hotel 5 minutes away from Main Street shops bars are aplenty 5 minutes from beach which is now a little bit easier to walk now they are putting a boardwalk along it… Once again thank you for an excellent holiday at The Corralejo Bay See you soon……

Lovely hotel in ideal position. Staff very friendly. Emmanuela is a great fitness instructor, really friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay if your what some peace and quiet good food plenty of choice and near the main strip but not too near about 300 meters and about 200 meters to the nearest beach

beautiful place.excellent and friendly staff.great base if you want to go out and about as only 5 minutes from the main strip and about the same to the nearest beach but entertainment in the hotel every night as well if you cant be arsed to move.massive buffet for breakfast and evening meal and very good pool bar restaurant for during the day but most important for us is that everything is accesible for disabled visitors.four lifts to go down to the restaurant.5 to take you up to your room and even a lift to the hairdresser who is brilliant.extremely friendly and attentive staff from management to bar staff to restaurant staff.love this place.

Hi Leah and amazing staff Hope you are well. I would just like to say a huge thanks for your empathy and kindness shown to myself and my husband who stayed at the Barcelo Corralejo Bay from 6/5/2026 to 13/5/2026 staying within room 2008. Yourself and your team allowed us to keep the room on until our departure time due to personal reasons. Our stay within the hotel gave us chance to recharge and reset for the ongoing events ahead. Your staff are a credit to the hotel and please can you thank them for the professionalism and friendly hospitality. Due to all the above we have rebooked to come back again from the 2nd September 2026 for a 7night stay staying in the deluxe premium room with private terrace. Would there be any possibility we could be allocated room 2008 again as that was previously perfect for us and once again make a request to keep it on for our departure time which will be around 16.00pm. Brilliant location, rooms spacious with a really comfortable bed, also the hairdryer is really good not the usual on the wall thing that you can’t style your hair with, towels large and fluffy No problems getting a sunbed even with the sad soul’s queuing up at 8.30am for the pool opening at 09.00 to claim their loungers Breakfast plenty of variety, lunch at the pool bar was good, you order of a menu with waiter service Now evening meal, plenty of variety, lukewarm warm maybe having some microwaves available so people could heat food up could maybe help The bar and staff were brilliant, all branded spirits, and the cocktails were some of the best I’ve had, special shout out to Robert, entertainment was also very good Would i return yes definitely, just on a final note the hotel seems to attract the over 50s clientele so maybe younger couples would find it not to their taste

Wonderful hotel, close to both the town and 250 yards from beach, lovely staff that are so helpful towards anything you may need, fantastic choice of food in the restaurant with so much choice at both breakfast and evening dinner.
