Everything was great, except the pool which was out of commission and nobody told us which was a shame as I had specifically chosen the hotel because we could swim. Also we went to use the sauna and locker room around 6pm one evening and there were no lights on and we couldn't find a way to illuminate the space - it was all rather spooky - not what we expected at all. But the room was great and the staff excellent.

Great location. Very Clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful, even let us check in a few hours early.

The bathroom was dirty, lots of mold and mildew

Renaissance Seaport Boston; Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations. Despite booking a standard room, I was placed in an accessible room without explanation. The setup was not suitable for my needs—particularly the shower, which was inconvenient to use, and a sink that was practically unusable due to its design. The front desk staff during check-in seemed completely indifferent and unprofessional. One employee was audibly chewing gum while assisting me, which didn’t exactly give a great first impression. To add to the frustration, the $20 dining credit that was part of my booking was not honored. We attempted to dine at the hotel restaurant but left after being ignored by the staff for an unreasonable amount of time. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is beautifully designed, with quality finishes and a stylish atmosphere. However, the lack of attention to guest needs and poor customer service overshadowed any positives. There’s clearly a need for improved training and a greater focus on guest experience.

Nice place. Good location. Amazing staff and managers! Wonderful food at the bar and breakfast buffet. Great fitness and pool facilities. Would definitely stay there again.

Two major issues: 1. The hotel could not find our reservation which was made through "Booking.com" -- given prior problems with Booking.com communications and lack of support, we will never use Booking.com in the future. Fortunately, the hotel staff and manager were extremely helpful and were able to accommodate us. Will book directly with a hotel in the future! 2. The hotel ran out of hot water... seems like all the rooms were affected. Fortunately, the manager made arrangements with other hotels in the area where guests could stay. Alternatively, guests could use the showers in the fitness area, which still had hot water. Staff was super apologetic and kind about the unfortunate situation on a holiday weekend.

The Seaport area is beautiful and lively. The hotel’s location is close to the cruiseport but not quite walking distance with luggage.
