Out of 20years of traveling with the pipeline with my husband this place is my most favorite motel everyone here is phenomenal. Very helpful courtesy and professional this is the cleanest motel and smells so good if we ever in the area again this is where we will stay hands down we love it here the breakfast is amazing and really good fresh

"A really lovely stay"

I was slightly sceptical when I saw the name of the hotel, but then I saw it was rated number one in all of Granbury. I thought it was a comfort suites or something. The lady who checked us in on Sunday 15th February was so helpful. She wrote down recommendations and even directions. The bed was really comfortable, rooms were large and the free breakfast was amazing. I guess the hotel is very new. The television remotes are a little clunky and the TV Guide is not the easiest which is surprising considering it’s new. The only criticisms I will make and I didn’t want this to affect my 5 star rating- there was a meeting room opposite our bedroom that had a baby shower in there. The parents did not look after the kids and we had children running around the hallway with balloons banging on our bedroom door. When I reported it to a different lady on reception, she didn’t apologise and just said ‘well it finishes at 6 pm’. The swimming pool was nice but there are signs saying not to bring food and drink in there, however, guests were sat in there drinking alcohol and eating. The same lady from reception came in to restock towels and didn’t say anything. It’s just gross people eating in there and if they were to drop a bottle or glass, it’s dangerous. That’s my issue.
