"Treatment upon arrival awesome"

I arrived at 430 am . I was greeted by Ms. Denise. In all my years of hotel hoping for work today was unique. I was received with a warm smile and greeted as if i belonged. Then i was informed of all the amenities and hours. (Breakfast) she took a moment to show me around and repeatedly stated that if i needed something to let her or her staff know. I felt the message as being sincere. In a world of rush rush Denise made my day better with her great attitude and superior customer service. Great Job Comfort suites in having a valuable team member on board due to her faboulous reception and knowledge i will ask my employeer to always use Comfort suites as my lodging choice. Thank you Denise for going the extra mile. Cheers.

Love the location of this hotel!! The staff is phenomenal!! The cleanliness is great!! Housekeeping and front desk, breakfast and even maintenance go out of their way to make you feel important, like we are not just another number, like we matter! In the lobby Christian music playing superb food for breakfast many choices.
