Comfort Suites Granbury

The Comfort Suites in Granbury Texas. Donna at the front desk was awesome and a sweetheart. Plus Haylee who prepared the morning was awesome and sweet as well. They both deserve a raise. The room is clean and awesome. The Atmosphere A+ Definitely worth coming back here.

Location was great, staff were amazing very accommodating, professional and friendly, felt more like a family owed hotel which i loved, staff communicated with everyone from the time you walk in throughout your stay etc. Breakfast for me was okay however area was keep clean and constantly restocked. Pool was nice for kiddo. Will stay again when I visit my daughter who will be attending Tarleton State University.

We attended a Navy ship reunion in May/June 2026. What a nice hotel this is. As very loyal Hilton Honors members, we considered staying in the Granbury Hilton Garden Inn. We made the right decision. The staff is uniformly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, bright and surprisingly roomy. The bed was comfortable. Climate control in the room worked well. We requested daily "light" cleaning, and we were pleased with it. Breakfast was early (6-9), which we had experienced in a Hilton property in San Antonio. I like to judge breakfast, in part, by whether they are too quick to stop replenishing items. This was the opposite. When guests were still eating, they replenished items well after 9. And what they had was quite good and varied. A couple small recommendations, as this hotel is planning to leave the Choice network and go alone. (1) Our door key seemed to lose its ability to open the door after a couple days. The front desk was quick to redo it, but this was something of an annoyance. With no safe in the room (our 3rd US hotel in a row - the others were Hilton properties), this hotel installed a single safe in the office. It was all that we needed, but it would have been a problem if there had been more than one guest who wanted security for items. We would suggest procuring one or two additional safes. That's really it. My feeling - if you travel to the nice small city of Granbury, this is an excellent hotel choice!

The staff were super friendly and so helpful. They recognized us as we came in & out of the hotel and welcomed us later that night with fresh cookies.

The room was very good. The breakfast was good and had a fairly nice variety. The freely available coffee and hot tea was a great perk.

The pool was quite cold. The jacuzzi hot tub was not hot. We chose this hotel hoping to use them and enjoy them, so it was disappointing.

Every employee was helpful and very friendly.

The walls are so thin, I could hear someone snoring in the room next to me. Super annoying and I had to run the fan on high to drown it out. The front desk did agree to change my room if I wanted.
