"High rating MISLEADING"

This hotel room was rundown. Generally, this town is only low budget motels so my expectation wasn't unrealistic. The room had 2 Q beds, both worn out and one with a visible slant that made you roll to the middle. The bathroom was in need of renovation - tub drained extremely slow, lights flickered like in THE SHINING 🎃, and the carpet was ripped and tacks were exposed. Their was no phone or alarm in the room. The coffee pot is located next to toilet🎃 We were booked for 5 nights but checked out next morning. Didn't offer an apology or another room. The manager said "good luck getting your money back." It was not pleasant BUT hotels com did get the rest of our money refunded within 48hrs.

Phone didn't work. Tv keep losing Service. Pool loked nasty, & people were smoking there. Mildew in shower of my room. Room smelled musky. Good points check in & out was wonderful. Service personnel were nice & friendly.

This place was a dump for the price. The first room we got assigned had a terrible stink like some kind of mold or something was growing in the room. There stains all over everything some of which looked like they could be body fluids. We asked to be put in another room which was better but still not great. The front desk had an excuse and blamed someone else. Try somewhere else.

"We slept great... but a couple minor issues. "

We slept great.. so that's the major need. At check-in the manager (new) ran everything without the standard question asking if I'm using the card on file. I would have volunteered this but he'd completed the check in before I knew he'd begun. The desk clerk stepped up and got it all straightened out but I do still have the original payments pending and locking up funds. Breakfast.. Sunday... kept running out of food. Monday... only bagels or waffles were left. 1st world problems.. I know. The hotel is in need of a facelift. Even just new carpet would help a lot.
