"Hope the Improvements Help"

The staff were great and the hotel is comfortable. My only complaint would be that the water never got hot, and even after letting it run for a bit, it only got colder. They are doing a lot of improvements, so it could have been that. We were only staying the one night so I didn't worry about it. Everything else was great, and I would be more than happy to stay again, once the pool is open and the improvements are finished.

"Pretty good, some disappointments..."

The room was very nice, the breakfast acceptable, and the staff was kind and accommodating. However, none of the machines in the workout room were operational, many of the free weights were missing, and you couldn't use the TV to keep up with morning news during your workout. Additionally, there was no mention of ongoing construction in the hotel when making reservations.

Carpets in hallways needed vacuuming and cleaning. The condition of the couch in the 2 room suite was not good and poor enough to prevent us from sitting on it. Staff was courteous but hotel seems neglected and sad.
