La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Paris

This hotel is a total disaster, heavy mildew smell, antiquated HVAC system, toilets in need of repair, old badly stained carpet that needs to be replaced. The worst thing was the extreme smell of cleaning solutions. My wife and I left the property with scratchy throats. After looking at 3 rooms we decided our health was more important than the $140.00 price of the room. We went to another hotel. I am requesting a refund.

NOT QUIET. The place is overrun with kids not being supervised. The floor directly above me bounced and slammed around until after 2 in the morning. The breakfast room has the same swarm of brats that have been standing guard around the waffle machine corner. This demographic knows how to take advantage of ‘kids stay free’. They overtook the little pool, overtook the lobby and cafe, all for the price of one adult and dozens of kids for free. THIS WAS A WASTE OF MY MONEY.

Not a good experience. Room very musty. Hair found in bed. Breakfast was horrible. However, the staff was nice.

We've stayed in many La Quinta properties and this by far, was the dirtiest, most run down property We've ever stayed in. Had we not been locked in we would have gone to a different Hotel. Whoever owns this particular property really needs to take some time and evaluate it. We will never stay there again, nor will we recommend this property to anyone

The first room they offered smelled horrible and the second we discovered had what we think are bed bygs. We stayed two days in a two bed room the fist nught we slept fine the second night in the orher bed is were the problem was. This is the worst experience we've had .

Courtesy by all. Exercise room was closed with work on progress, room was nice and clean. Carpets as you enter facility look stained to me which always makes me not happy.

The staff was awesome. The hotel was dirty looking, carpet strained, most importantly the pool looked like dogs 🏊‍♀️ . Very uninviting didn't look cool or refreshing to go in the pool.

We did not stay!! Walked in and it was horrible. Went up to the room - door was ajar, hallway smelled like mold. Looked in room saw that bed had some kind of clear glue all over the footboard holding it together, Everything was awful!! This was a very scary place. The clerk, he was very nice and said he understood why we were leaving. It fooled us from the outside.

Very nice, very clean

There were multiple things on this hotel that needed repairs, starting with the giant boxed refrigerator just sitting in the lobby like an eye sore. The lobby floor also has a hole in it that is just covered with the rug that I nearly broke my ankle in, as did many of our other baseball moms. My room on the 4th floor was put on 60 to try and cool it off and never would get cool but 4 doors down on 64 was cold. Gave up on that. Handle on refrigerator was broken and it wouldn’t hardly cool. The pool was nice but the appearance of the broken window ledges- not so much. The staff was great, the breakfast was great as well. I would return, just would recommend getting rid of the bug box, putting a warning of the hole in the floor, and fixing the window edging on the outside. The AC units may need some TLC as well in most of the rooms as well.
