One of the best value places to stay in Patonga

Nice hotel and reception area. The room was kept neat and fresh sheets & water daily, although the bathroom REALLY needed cleaned thoroughly. There was some sort of green/blue mould or rust on the shower head and on the pipes under the sink, rusty patch under the sink area on the tiles too. When we stayed in the room while the cleaner was there we noticed that they only replace towels, top up toiletries and give the bathroom a spray of air freshener to ‘clean it’

Great relaxing two weeks in this laid back resort served by staff who have a smile on there face whatever time of day or circumstance, would recommend for solo,couple or group stay

Value for money, neat and clean small resort

This was what we expected for the money. Cheap and cheerful. Good staff. Slightly run down but for the price it was what we expected. Great for the location as far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk everywhere. Excellent local market with amazing street food.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy and the resort itself was in a great location, close to shops and the beach but not too close that there was a lot of disturbing noise.

My second time at this hotel,the staff cannot do enough for you to make your stay a relaxed and enjoyable time.great pool for the adults and one for the little ones.Fantastic food served all day around the pool and at the resteraunt

The staff were disinterested and offhand and rude. The room smelt and the air conditioning was woeful. The room was dated and could do with a refurbished and felt dirty. The hotel was right next to a main road and vehicle fumes could be smelt throughout the hotel. The balcony faced onto the road but because of the fumes you would not want to stay out there. The restaurant was right next to the road and noise and fumes wafted in. The breakfast was poor. The hotel charged us for 2 laundry bags they claimed we took and also claimed we had an umbrella but accepted the previous night that we didn’t have one as we needed it for the sudden heavy rain fall and went to check the room and advised them then. The final straw was the tuk tuk driver they called over from the car park lied to us about the distance for a journey claiming it was over 10k when it was less than 4K and he tried to bump up the price!!!

Good breakfast staff were the best .... great location n pool the only thing I dint like is they gave very old towels and pillow covers rest loved it

great hotel for what i paid for a standard room was pleasantly surprised with the location to the pool - staff where good and would be happy to stay there again thankyou
