Bagla street walking distance , good variety of eating places near wouldn’t pay again for breakfast as got very boring and repetitive, other meals at hotel excellent although more potatoes / fries with serving needed. Pool was fabulous ideal location staff friendliness varied although helpful. I would stay again. I’m sure they will give al a lick of paint soon to freshen it all up but all in all we thought we base the right choice.

The hotel was as expected. Rooms comfortable, location good. Stay was pleasant staff very friendly. Will use this hotel again. Only reason for not giving a 5 is the breakfast. Very basic.

Great location , 10 min walk to bangla rd,two minutes walk to beach,good pool bar. Room was clean , they changed bad sheets and towels everyday, friendly staff, they booked the taxi for me to airport , driver wa on time and it was cheaper than what ı found online Overall great stay!!!

We had a good stay at this hotel in the end but things started off really bad. Upon check in I started getting ready to head out for the day and while in the bathroom I was being attacked by mosquito's and killed at least 15!!! Not sure if the maid had left the door open while cleaning or what. I know we are in a tropical area but it had not been a problem anywhere else in Thailand. So on our way out we complained and they went and sprayed our room with bug spray. By the time we came back they were all dead so that was good. The room was actually pretty comfortable and the pool looked nice even though we never got a chance to use it. My biggest problem with the room was the water in the shower and bath. It would go back and forth from cool to scalding hot for no reason (not being used in our room otherwise). That and we chose this hotel for the bathtub but found it to be tiny when we arrived. We are both over 6' tall so it was not ideal. The breakfast was great, the front desk staff was helpful in booking shows and even kept our luggage for us when we checked out the next day but could not move to our next hotel for a couple hours. If they could fix the water situation and spray before check in I probably would have loved this hotel.

make sure you don't book the rooms which has balcony facing the street, because believe me, you will never be able to sleep, as Patong is 24/7 loud, it's quiet near to the "happening" yet far from the noises, but in case you have booked a room which has balcony facing the street, it will be a disaster as you will hear all the Bikes, tok-tok, cars, sound system, drunk people noises. i have tried to ask for upgrade but unfortunately it was fully booked

Coconut village is a good 3star hotel ,it is ideally situated for all the main attractions in Patong. The New Year’s Eve party was very good and all the staff worked extremely hard all day to transform the hotel . The breakfast is adequate, but the dining room is situated next to a very busy road and not ideal.

we arrived early but still couldn't check in due to the time restriction for the check-in time. however, the staff were very helpful and friendly, kept our luggage so that we can go off to do some shopping before coming back to proceed with the check in. the cleanliness of the room is very good, staffs are friendly.

I really enjoyed the good service by the staffs. Clean room and swimming pool. Break fast was almost the same everyday. My 3rd trip to Phuket and stayed in this same hotel. Special thanks to your staff WAN CHAI who is very friendly and hardworking. See him everywhere especially in the restaurant, counter and pool side. He comes forward to speak with the customers and very accommodative. Not forgetting all the other staff and me and my family haD a superb experience in this hotel
