Coconut Village Resort

This is a well run and very well presented hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. They go out of their way to ensure you have a great holiday experience. The breakfast is good. There is a reasonable amount of choice and all offerings are fresh and tasty. The hotel itself is relatively modern and the rooms are very clean, spacious and well appointed. The highlight of our visit was the amazing service provided by “Uthaitat,” the Front Office Manager. On check-in, there was a problem with our booked room (I think over booked), so Uthairat immediately gave us an upgrade to a Junior Suite. The following day, she moved us to a full suite for the duration of our stay. Now this is a lady that understands hospitality and service and the value of a corporate reputation. The resort is wonderful! Everything is perfect from the amenities, rooms, location, and staff. We arrived early to receive a warm welcome and refreshing drinks. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful as we were celebrating our anniversary. We enjoyed breakfast every morning which was provided by the resort free of charge! The drinks were served to us promptly by the very professional gentleman at the pool bar who was warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this resort! Beach is only 5min walk and not too close to the noisy bars. Seven eleven and money exchange next door. Late check out was also provided for us! 5 star service! A very nice atmosphere inside the resort, with a lovely pool area! And just 5-10 mins walk to the beach or the night markets nearby. Would be much better if the breakfast can include more options. Thanks.

Absolutely amazing time in this resort, the place is clean and the staff are so friendly. Two minutes walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to Bangla road. Honestly this hotel is so good I’m coming back and I’d not look elsewhere. Everything is within walking distance

Excellent stay overall Rooms are spacious and well decorated. One slight let down was the bathroom. Needs modernisation. The staff were professional and extremely helpful. The pool is amazing. The pool side bar has a good selection of drinks and you can order bar snacks. The staff were absolutely first class on the bar. Cleaning was everyday and a great attention to detail. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Absolutely recommend.

I booked directly with the hotel many months before my trip and got a great rate. Reservations replied to my emails without delay. Check in was a breeze, i had not booked breakfast however the hotel provided it. Eggs scrambled, fried and omelet pre made, i would order a poached egg. If breakfast is your thing you maybe disappointed. Breakfast is upstairs overlooking the pool area. The hotel is on a busy road so i would imagine those rooms that face the road would be noisy, they would be standard rooms. My room a ground floor facing the pool 216 was excellent, i am sad to leave this hotel today after 7 days. The pool area has lots of sun loungers and a bar. The reception staff are the nicest, friendliest people, i always leave my key when i go out and they remember me and my room number Its the little things that count. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my time and bar far these guys were the nicest, happiest and welcoming staff. Housekeeping, what can i say, except excellent service my room was spotless. It was an older lady who did my room always ready with a smile. Turn left out the hotel 5 min walk to the beach, turn right walk 5 mins to Malin food markets, ate there 3/4 times excellent food the most i paid was 100 bht. 711 just at the doorstep. It takes 15/20 mins to walk to Juncelyon shopping centre and on the way you will pass Otop markets if you walk up the main road ( not the beach road) I guess by now you can tell i loved my stay here and not happy to be leaving. This was my 5th trip back and if i’m spared a 6th i will be returning. Thank you all. Ps wifi excellent

Nice property in a good location. I stayed on two occasions in October & December, i was impressed that the reception & restaurant staff all remembered even down to remembering my previous room number at the restaurant for breakfast. I will return in a few years time.

Been here for 6 days with 3 still to go. The facilties are very clean and tidy. We are on a bed and breakfast basis and there is a choice of hot and cold food, including tradition thai food, fruit, pastries, toast, cereal, etc The staff are absolutely fantastic with a great sense of good customer service, nothing is too much trouble for these guys. 👏👏👏👏 Had a couple of issues with the shower / bathroom as they are a little dated, but it was fixed straight away. Sometimes it takes a few minor niggles to show just how good the guys here are. Thanks for a great stay so far, now I'm off to the pool for a dip

Coconut Village is an absolute gem. Close enough to everything, yet far away to relax The pool is the best place to meet new friends and enjoy a Singha or two. Great breakfast variety and a 7/11 right next door. We hope to be back again soon. It was truly an amazingly, relaxing holiday. The resort and all the staff are brilliant. Thanks again.

The rom was tidy. The breakfast menu was a bit basic. A lot of work going on within and outside the complex.
