Great experience here. The staff are helpful and friendly. We had one of the new renovated rooms, ground floor with pool access and it was great. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choices daily. The pool was clean and cleaned daily. Onsite food was nice but a little over priced for Thailand

Hotel needs Renovation, at least the bathrooms, last time I came was 10 years ago and it’s still the same, WHAT IS PROMOTED ONLINE is not what u get, the rooms online are not what u get, bathrooms with curtains, old TV and poor amenities, Breakfast IS VERY POOR, and you cannot order your eggs they will shout at you… no selection of food NO CHEESE. They need to renovate the hotel Rooms, so BEWARE WHEN YOU BOOK TO CHECK THE ROOM YOU ARE BOOKING. NO EXRTR PILLOWS, it should be a 3 star not a four star hotel.

It’s already our 4th time here in this hotel, we love the swimming pool so much! Lovely atmosphere and all staff are friendly and cheerful, thank you very much!

Hotel is in a great location. It is basic but adequate for using as a base to explore Phuket. Breakfast is basic but edible. Food is available during the day and we had a couple of snacks which were very nice. The grounds are kept clean and tidy. Pool is open from 8am-8pm. Never had an issue grabbing a couple of sun beds when we wanted them. My advice would be to book a pool view room as we spoke to a few couples who asked to upgrade after being put in rooms facing the road. We had a ground floor pool view room which was serviced daily and was modern in presentation. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is off a main road not very big and looks outdated and needs refreshing. The noise from all the cars, motorbikes and tuk tusk can keep you awake which is not ideal if you have young kids. The complex only has three floors and no lifts, so you may have to carry your luggage all the way up the staircase. Some of the staff were not very friendly whilst others were great. You only get one key and you have to hand it in when going out. This effectively stop the ac from working so you come back to a very warm room which is not ideal in summer. The rooms were clean but the shower drain smelt of sewage and the pressure and temperature of the water in the shower varied considerably which was really annoying. There is no iron available and the breakfast is not great. However it is close to the beach, bars, restaurants a market, massage parlours and a 7 Eleven is 10 seconds away in case you need anything. Would not really consider coming back and it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel.

We came here for a wedding. The boat to the island runs on the hour and the boat back runs on the 1/2 hour. The porters will bring your bags to your villa. The check in process was efficient. We stayed in the 2 king size rooms and one room with 2 double beds. The villa was huge. There is a full size kitchen in it as well. The rooms were spacious with a huge bathroom. My only downside was that we found the bed to be very hard. The pool put back was a nice addition to the villa. The beach had tons of jellyfish that had washed up on the shore so it was a good second option. There were 2 main pools and 2 waterslides. The food was decent and both restaurants. The staff was very attentive and the Buffett had a huge selection. Overall the experience was good.

Perfect hotel in the cost of the Coconut island . Wonderful, green territory with the feeling of jungle. Perfect equipped rooms (villas) , with the swimming pool for each ( swimming pool cleaned every day) . Beach - with new , comfortable sun beds, cost always clean. Activities in the beach . Restaurants with perfect menu for lunch and dinner, staff friendly and natural with sincerely smile. Wide bar menu, with variety of cocktails, good coffee. Breakfast can be better, but in changing level to the good side. Hotel with the spirit in which you can be free and relax freestyle. Like in bubble of the nature, good food , service and flexible and welcoming attitude of the management. Liah , Milano thank you for all extra miles done! Hope to return soon!

We absolutely loved our stay here. All the staff are very friendly, everything is neat and clean. Rooms are spacious and the pool is amazing. Breakfast every morning was delicious and a variety to choose from. Will stay there again any time.

Currently under renovation - so will be even better next time. Staff was amazing! Rooms are large and have all you could expect. The standard rooms only have a bath with shower in it - so you can see they are older and in need of renovation. Newer rooms were amazing! Breakfast was enough - and kitchen staff was really helpful! Good coffee too! And great location - only 5 minutes from the beach! Would definitely stay again!

This is a good hotel but would not stay longer then 7 nights We stayed for 9 nights and it was too long The staff are lovely no complaints there but be careful when you order drinks at happy hour which is between 2-4pm if you order at 3.59 and your drinks arrive at 4.01 you will be charged full price Now the rooms are basic if you want a nice room you need to book the higher priced rooms which are the grand deluxe not many off these rooms they face the pool directly on ground floor We had a deluxe double room 207 and was so disappointed the place stank off urine which came from the drains yes they cleaned it with a spray but that only masked the smell for a few hrs The shower flooded and had brown dirty marks by drain The bath tub needed ripping out as almost falling apart. The pool was a good size but lots off mould around the edges and huge parts broken on edge of pool Breakfast was good had all you needed and expected from a Phuket hotel Location of this hotel is good but please note when booking a standard room your overlooking the main road which was very very noisy my 13yr old hardly slept 5 min walk to beach and 15min walk to bangla road, tuk tuk is $200 Great food market if you turn right outside hotel and walk over bridge it’s great a night and very cheap That’s my honest opinion if you stay in the summer it’s a great rate but I feel we paid way too much for a very standard hotel and yes I know Xmas is expensive but nicer hotels around if you book in advance
