MXMe cobraron la habitacion en la app de Booking y la pague nuevamente en el hotel porque me comento el personal que no estaba pagada.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL VIA BOOKING.COM. The hotel cancelled my booking.com confirmed order when I was already on my way to the hotel. They didn't respond to my questions through the booking.com app (I was in flight and was not able to call) whether this was a mistake or if my booking is still on. At the booking.com app the booking was still confirmed, but when I arrived at the hotel it was canceled because booking.com payment was rejected. Note that Booking.com already charged my card several weeks before that. The hotel decided to cancel it instead of sorting things out with booking.com. luckily there was a room available so I paid again (a price that is 15% higher than the original booking) and had a place to stay. Booking.com fully refunded me the original payment.

This hotel room was nice and clean! The beds were comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, the staff manning it were fantastic. Carlos was incredibly helpful while we were there. We enjoyed our stay so much!
USBreakfast could have been better, they were short staffed. Location was okay.
It was an older hotel.
